At Workshop, we pride ourselves on providing the best class-based gym service in Kew. In your trial class, you will get a feel for how classes are run, get to know our awesome members, and familiarize yourself with the space. Our coaches will make sure you feel safe, welcomed, and eager to return!
How It Works

Chat to one our coaches over the phone, or alternatively, pop in and check out the space. We’d love to hear about your health and fitness goals, and help however we can!

TRIAL CLASS
During your trial class, you will get to see how we do things at Workshop. You will familiarise yourself with our space and coaching style, meet some of our lovely members and get first-class coaching from our team.
UPON COMPLETION, YOU WILL:
Review your progress with your Coach.
Choose which membership option you like best and which best suits your lifestyle (group, personal training or hybrid).
We do NOT have any kind of lock-in obligations or minimum sign-up terms.

OUR CLASSES
At Workshop, we specialise in quality movement and first-class coaching, education, and results-based training. Our members benefit from improvements in bodyweight work (we have had too many first strict pull-ups to count!), strength (getting strong makes almost everything easier), and mobility. We are passionate about counteracting sitting and spend time working on posture and flexibility in our specialty classes.
GROUP TRAINING
Our well loved strength and conditioning session that includes quality lifts, accessory circuits and a short and sharp conditioning component.
BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH
These 60 minute classes based around bodyweight strength training including work on the rings and bars. Don’t let the name deter you! Our coaches tailor these classes to all levels and include a range of progressions no matter your training background.
YOGA
Yoga is a 60 minute flow practice including a chilled savasana (relaxation) to end your week. Stay for tea and chats!
MOBILITY
These fun and dynamic classes incorporates movement work, soft tissue work and static and dynamic stretching to help us move, perform and feel better, through a greater range of motion. Feel better, improve your posture and reduce pain.
ENGINE
Boost your fitness and break through your mindset barriers in these challenging and sweaty classes. 60 minutes Sweaty and intense conditioning( real character building stuff).
COMMUNITY RUN CLUB
A free, community session that leaves from Workshop at 6 am on Thursdays. Run club is interval based, so suitable for all levels - whether you’re training for your next fun run or just want to get fit and run with others.
